We are incredibly proud and deeply humbled to share a milestone moment in The Northcliff Boutique Hotel's journey. For the very first time, our hotel was nominated in the Best of Joburg 2025 Awards — and not just in one or two categories, but in seven.

To say this was unexpected would be an understatement. To say it was an honour doesn’t even begin to cover it.

From the chefs crafting unforgettable dining experiences, to the front-of-house team who know our guests by name, to the spa therapists creating moments of calm, and the events team bringing dream functions to life, this achievement belongs to all of you.

We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the public who voted for us, whether you’re a regular guest, a neighbour from just down the road, or someone who experienced The Northcliff for the very first time this year. Your support placed us among Joburg’s best, and for that, we are deeply thankful.

Being nominated in seven categories during our first-ever entry is something we will never forget. Winning two of those categories is something we will always be proud of. But more than anything, this moment inspires us to continue elevating every part of what we offer — from the dining experience at Kranz to tranquil wellness escapes, from intimate celebrations to seamless conferences, and of course, the high tea moments that have clearly captured Joburg’s heart.
