Quoted pricing valid for 72 hours from date of quote - we reserve the right to sell the date without prior notification

 

Detailed menus & event programs to be agreed and signed off 7 days prior to event

 

Please note that event & accommodation bookings are subject to availability and will only be secured after deposit payments have been made.

 

The remaining outstanding balance of the function is to be settled at least 7 days prior to the function.

Cancellations must be made via email to the coordinator

 

The final number of guests must be sent to us at least 7 days before the function for catering purposes. Please note that this number cannot decrease. You may however increase the number of guests by advising us no later than 24 hours before your function

 

The final account for the function will be reconciled and submitted within 24 hours and must be settled within 48 hours of submission

 

No excessive noise allowed

CANCELLATION POLICY – EVENTS / FUNCTIONS / WEDDINGS​

Once a reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy is applicable with immediate effect.

Amendments to a reservation involving the event date is deemed to be the same as a cancellation unless alternative dates are available.

All cancellations (and amendments) must be in WRITING or per app.

Standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellation 28 days or more prior to the agreed event date forfeits 25% of the total booking value

  2. Cancellation 14 to 27 days prior forfeits the 50% of the total booking value.

  3. Cancellation 13 days or less prior forfeits the 100% of the total booking value.

 

Should the event be cancelled due to a COVID-19 restriction or related issue; the client will have the option to keep the full amount paid as credit for future use or alternatively the cancellation policy will be applicable.

Cancellations are only confirmed once you have a return email from the Hotel stating status of your reservation as such.

No verbal cancellations of reservations will be accepted.

​In the event of a no-show, or should you not arrive on the stated event date, your event will be deemed a no-show and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Hotel Conduct Policy

 

To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, the following policies will be strictly observed during your stay:

All guests shall behave appropriately and with discretion at all times, respectful of the Hotel environment and staff, as well as of other guests.​

All guests shall refrain from any conduct or behaviour that can cause a noise, any disturbance or behave in any inappropriate manner whilst on the Hotel premises.

Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 10h30pm, nightly. Loud noise, music, loud voices, shouting, screaming, singing and loitering on premises are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, only one warning to quieten down will be given and if the noise persists, the individual/s or party will be required to leave the Hotel and no refund will be given.

Food and Beverage in the public areas and in meeting rooms and suites must be provided by the Hotel. No Food and Beverage brought in from outside will be allowed on premises (with the exception of pre-arranged wines and/or bubbly at a corkage fee of R175 per bottle opened)

Shoes and shirts are required in all public areas at all times.

Smart casual attire is required for evening dining. No shorts, t-shirts and open toed sandals are allowed.

The pool area is for the use of REGISTERED Hotel guests ONLY.

No children under 12 will be allowed and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Only registered guest(s) of each suite are allowed in the suites. Visitors are subject to all Hotel rules and regulations while on premises and in public areas.

We understand and respect your need for privacy. The Hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the suites, and if found to have smoked in a non-smoking area, a fine of R500 will be charged.

The hotel closes at 22h30, should event guests stay longer than 22h30, an additional R3500 will be added to your bill per additional hour stayed.
