High Tea terms

These terms are with TNP Management (Pty) Ltd, registration 2022/646550/07, trading as The Northcliff Boutique Hotel.

Reservations and payment

• —Reservations require 72 hours' notice.
• —A reservation is held for 24 hours and confirmed on payment.
• —If payment is received after the hold has been released, the reservation must be re-confirmed, subject to availability.

Cancellations

• —See your booking confirmation for the cancellation terms

On the day

• —Front tables are seated on a first-come basis.
• —High tea is served inside the restaurant only.
• —No decorations.
• —No photographers.
• —No children under 12. Dress code: semi-formal.
