body and calm your mind before the day truly begins.

The Experience | R450 per person

Your morning is curated to provide a seamless transition from mindful movement to social relaxation.

  • 1-Hour Yoga Session: A guided flow suitable for all levels, focused on centring your energy.

  • Chef-Prepared Breakfast: A delicious spread to refuel your body after your practice.

  • Bottomless Refreshments: Enjoy unlimited standard teas, filter coffee, fresh juices, and fruit-infused waters throughout the morning.

    Note: Specialty coffees (cappuccinos, lattes, etc.) are available and charged separately.

Morning Schedule

  • 08:00 – 09:00: Morning Yoga Session

  • 09:15: Breakfast is served

  • 10:30: Departure

What to Bring

To ensure you have the most comfortable experience, please remember to pack:

  • Your own yoga mat

  • Sunscreen and a hat (for our outdoor spaces)

Enhance your relaxation by adding a targeted 15-minute massage treatment. Spots are limited, so we recommend booking these in advance!
